Hair
Just past shoulder-length and heavily layered, naturally dark blonde but dyed brighter blonde, with a sweeping fringe that usually flicks over one or both eyes.

Light grey-blue, and always outlined with thick eyeliner.

Body
Faye is quite short for her age. Standing at about 5'3", Faye strangely never feels as if she's that short, because she has such a large, welcoming personality. Figure-wise, Faye is fairly curvy, but not particularly large 'up top'.

Usual Clothing
Faye prefers to wear tops with no sleeves, as long as they are tight-fitting and comfortable, coupled with various shrugs or jackets. She doesn't wear skirts that often, preferring to wear cropped jeans, canvas trousers or cargo trousers. Colours-wise, Faye's clothes are generally neutral colours - grey, brown and khaki included.

Distinguishing Features: Faye has a small black-outlined tattoo of a butterfly on the right side of her lower back.

Short Bio
Faye's life had been fairly enjoyably reasonable up until the time she found out about her powers. Though at first Faye was terrified at what was happening to her, her parents helped her to realise that she didn't need to be worried about it. When she was offered a place at Crystall College a couple of years ago, Faye was greatly relieved that she wasn't the only one with 'special' abilities. Her younger sisters don't really understand about their big sister's powers, but Faye has taken it upon herself to explain to them when they are old enough to understand that they can't talk about it to anyone.

Faye first found out about her power of telekinesis on her 12th birthday. Her parent had held a small party for her and her closest friends in their small suburban house. Faye had been watching from the sidelines as her long-time best friend and next-door-neighbour, Alex Wilkins, on the trampoline. She had been about to stand up to go and get a drink from the table on the other side of the trampoline, when the drink had suddenly lifted from the table all by itself and started zooming towards Faye. However, Alex had been in the middle and had been the recipient of the drink instead. Nobody but Faye had thought anything of the incident until it had happened again with a sugar pot in a restaurant the following week.

When Faye had decided to go to Crystall, she had been worried that she would be all alone. Even though she has a big and friendly personality, Faye can be extemely shy and nervous when faced with new situations. However, upon learning that her (now) boyfriend, Alex, was there as well, she was a lot more optimistic about the new experience. However, Faye has had barely any practice with her power, due to keeping it hidden for so long. She had never even told Alex about it until they found each other in the college.

Faye is always cheerful, and if she isn't there must have been some kind of big catastrophe. She always looks for the best in people, and doesn't like to believe bad things about people.

Faye can be too trusting, often leading her into bad situations. She also has a habit of accidentally telling people things she isn't supposed to - she isn't much of a secret keeper.

The Ugly
She is quite clumsy and has trouble in using seeing her own abilities. Faye prefers hiding her attributes that make her stand out than making a show of them.

The Unknown
When she heard from Alex that he had gotten a tattoo on a silly drunken night, Faye went out and got one of a small butterfly on her lower back so that they could share an experience. She usually tells people that she got it just for fun, but this is the real reason she got it.

Art. Faye took it as an optional subject and attends art classes every weekend.

Worst Subject
Combat lessons. Faye may be fit and healthy, but she doesn't like the idea that she could possibly hurt someone, so always holds back in combat lessons, much to the annoyance of her teachers.

Telekenesis - Faye can move things with the merest thought. Limitations include distance and the size of the objects she is trying to move - think Luke Skywalker trying to get his X-Wing out of the water!

Telepathy - Faye can read the surface thoughts of people in her immediate vacinity. She can also project her own thoughts into other people's minds. This is limited to people that she is close to emotionally.

Sample Roleplay

The water trickled lazily along the small stream in the heat of the hot summer sun. Under the large weepeing willow that cast it's blissful shade over the stream sat a young girl named Faye Warren. If her eyelids were not shut, you would be able to tell that the large irises were a pale blue-grey but full of life and imagination. Though her face was still and her voice was silenced, Faye's hand was waving around slowly above the stream.

To Faye, this moment was bliss. She had escaped the confines of her house half an hour ago to come outside to her favourite spot. It was only a five minute walk to get out into the countryside from her house that lay on the edge of a small village. Though in the winter the house could be all snug and cosy warm, in the summer it was just too stuffy and hot. So Faye spent her time outdoors, sometimes with a good book, sometimes with just her thoughts. Today was one of the latter.

Her younger sisters had been taken to the swimming pool by Faye's mum earlier. Anything to calm them down, really. Being five years old, having nothing to do, and being extremely hot was always a remedie for disaster. So, as it was the weekend and Jessica Warren wasn't working, she had suggested a trip to the swimming pool. Faye had been invited as well, but she thought she would rather have a relxaing rest outside instead of a hectic rush to the pool and a rather more hectic time being splashed by her two little sisters.

No, that wasn't for Faye. Though she loved Liz and Mel very much, they could get a little overwhelming at times. Lcukily for Faye, her mum was one of those people that stays calm throughout anything. She even stayed amazingly calm when Faye discovered her abnormal talent.

Lifting her head up and dragging her eyelids open wearily, Faye looked towards the stream, which still trickled along, a couple of feet from where she lay. This was possibly one of the most picturesque (sp?) places in the whole country, yet nobody ever came here. When Faye was younger - before Liz and Mel had been born - she had come down here for picnics with her parents. The family still came here occasionally, but neither Liz nor Mel could ever understand why you would want to sit around outside when you could be playing at home.
